The Redemptorist Associates Group is open to anyone who is connected with the Redemptorists in anyway and who wishes to explore, to reflect and to pray together about various aspects of the Redemptorist story and about faith and life issues.
Meetings begin at 7.30pm
Outreach
One of the advantages of having a permanent home here in Blackrock is that we can now look at offering additional programmes to meet the needs of the young people who have become friends of Scala. It was with these needs in mind, that we have begun to facilitate an outreach programme.
The aim is to give the young people a social outlet where they can come together in a safe Christian based environment and get to know each other and to make new friends who have common interests and to express their faith without the fear of being judged through Music, Arts, Drama , Debates and Social Outings.
It is hoped that based on the success of this , we can look to expand our outreach programme to include the young people in the local area and make Scala a place where they can come to socialise and learn life skills that will help them to have a positive impact in their community.
